Mitsubishi has announced that they will be hosting an online test drive of its new 2011 Outlander Sport starting November 1st through November 10th .
If you are at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license, you can start signing up this Friday, October 15 on the Outlander Sport microsite to get a code that can be used to queue for the live test drive.
You will actually be able to drive the Outlander Sport on a closed course from your computer!
Mitsubishi worked with a variety of companies to develop multiple point of view video cameras on the Outlander Sport and it syncs with GPS mapping to allow users to participate via remote control.
It still baffles me but we're gonna try it out! Let me know if any of you plan on trying out the "virtual test-drive" too. We'd love to hear what you think!
